Toasted vanilla syrup8/23/2023 ***Don’t over torch the fluff or you will melt all the ice. You can brown it, but you don’t want it getting too hot and melting the ice…. (or marshmallows.) BUT only until it starts to toast. Using a kitchen torch (or to be honest I have also done this with a candle lighter.) the torch is better though, but the lighter works if you are reading this and want to make it now.) torch the top of the marshmallow fluff. –if you’re using actual marshmallows, I’d say a handful of small ones, or one large marshmallow. *I recommend spraying a spoon with cooking spray so it doesn’t stick. so make sure to have your milk all ready to go.) (fun fact: you want to add your milk within about 10 seconds of pulling your shot for best taste results. Glass (I use a mason jar.) You’ll want something that you can torch in and evenly put your marshmallow fluff on top to torch.Īdd your choice of syrup to your glass.
